Perhaps something as simple as a sharp-focus shell or rock in the foreground would provide contrast with the rush of water.

About perfect as is. Although I'd put a level on that horizon just to be sure. I'd guess 1-2% off.

I'm with John on this one. The slightly tilted horizon doesn't bother me, perhaps because I always have a hard time getting horizons level in my own landscapes.
