I think he gets model releases from all of them and pays them a huge modeling fee.

Right.

Just imagine the dozens of semi-trailers parked in the middle of the Bolivian jungle to hold all his crew of hairdressers, makeup artists, lighting techs, set designers, etc., etc.   Wink

But the results are stunning.
