Well it is now 9:20 AM EDT in Ohio and this forum is all but dead on arrival again - refreshes are taking about 2 minutes.

Well - its two hours later and snappy again. Since every other site I hit is always responsive (and has been all morning), it is possible that LLF is still unstable (or undergoing maintenance with techniques that are invasive).

Bob, when its going slow can you PLEASE get a traceroute for me?  I need more information before we decide what to do with the server.
