Michael, just to have an idea: how much does it cost to ship 1000 books to North America? An dyou state that you had to order boxes. Are you talking about special boxes, crates o regular plain boxes that pile on a palet for shipping? And last, were these boxes expensive? Thanks and I will be looking forward for your book when it is ready.

The price of the books mentioned in the article includes shipping, FOB my address. That means that they will show up on wooden palettes on the doorstep of the local ompany I am using for order fullfillment.

The boxes are individual boxes for shipping single books to customers. I needed to wait for a sample berfore having these made. They cost about 75 cents each in quantities of 1,000.
