Cannot put a date on it but recently I lost the three buttons in upper right of LR 1.3 Win, the buttons which reduce/restore the LR window or close LR by a click rather than Ctrl-Q.

They simply are no longer there. This is serious because the only way I can move the LR window from my portable Asus with its truly unusable screen to my LaCie 321 is by configuring for two screens, reducing LR with the button in upper right (or accessing by right mouse click) and dragging LR over to the La Cie. The right mouse click refuses to open the optiions at the bottom as well.

It worked fine from LR 1.2 through several months use of LR 1.3. I just installed 1.3.1 but it has not resolved the problem.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Thanks, Bill

There are three screen modes in LR: windowed, full screen, and full screen without menus. Press the letter F while in LR and you can cycle through the modes. You should get back to windowed mode and then have the windows buttons back.

Boy, do I feel stupid. The info was in the Help Menus all the time.

Thank you, Gene.
