Your second and final payment of U.S. $2,745 per person will be due no later thanSeptember 1, 2003. Please put this on your calendar for mid-August. I will be sending you a reminder e-mail a couple of weeks in advance. (If you are requesting a private room the $650 extra charge will be payable at this time).

If you have indicated that you would like us to book your flights from the U.S. to Tanzania we will be in touch to provide further details. Otherwise we will contact you regarding the timing of your required flight arrangements some time in the early Fall.
