The Luminous Landscape is offering a series of lectures and seminars by some of the world's leading photographic educators. These are held at The Luminous Landscape Gallery & Print Studio in Toronto.

Bill Atkinson & Charles Cramer

October 5 – 7, 2007 (Friday PM/ Saturday / Sunday)

Join two of the US's finest photographic instructors in an intensive weekend-long workshop, being offered for the first time in Canada by The Luminous Landscape.

The cost of this all-inclusive weekend seminar is US $695. This includes a materials fee to cover ink and paper used in printing, two working lunches and dinners on-site both days, and continuously available refreshments during all three days and evenings. Enrolement is limited to just 20 people.

Christopher Smith & Michael Reichmann

November 18, 24, 25 2007 (Saturdays & Sunday)

Join one of Canada's leading Adobe Certified Photoshop instructors and this site's publisher, and educator Michael Reichmann, in a series of weekend seminars on November 18, 24 and 25. These all-day sessions are devoted to uncovering the tools and techniques built into Photoshop, and how successful photographers use them.

The cost of each separate one day seminar is US $250. This fee includes lunch at the gallery as well as refreshments throughout the day. Enrolement is limited to just 20 people.

If you wish to sign up for all three seminars, a special discount price of $650 is available, a saving of $100.

Jay Maisel is one of the world's preeminent photographers, and an outstanding teacher. His two day seminar is design to inspire and challenge you. Your photography will never be the same again.

This weekend-long seminar is limited to just 20 participants. The cost is US $549 and includes a group dinner on Saturday evening as well as in-studio lunches both days. Enrolement is limited to just 20 people.

Participants are expected to bring 4-6 prints pf their work for discussion and critique.

One of the most brilliant creative photographers and teachers working today, John Paul Caponigro needs little introduction. The Luminous Landscape is proud to host this exclusive two day seminar, the first time it has been offered in Canada.

Printing One-On-One

Personally Scheduled – Full Days

An opportunity to work side by side with photographer and educator Michael Reichmann, and to work together to make prints of your own image files. From raw processing through colour management, paper choices, soft proofing, quality evaluation, sharpening, Photoshop technique, sizing, matting and framing – you will not just observe but will be a participant in the production of a number of large fine art print – your print of your image file.

These sessions are completely personalized to your interests and needs.
