DVD & Book Shipping

As of November 6, 2006 purchasers of DVDs & books will have choices beyond the Mail for shipment.

N.B. Subscriptions are now discontinued

Prior to November 6, 2006, all subscriptions included shipment by Mail, those subscriptions will continue to be shipped by Mail.

By Mail

DVDs shipped by Mail from Canada can take up to 21 days – depending on the destination. (See below)

Where the option exists between Surface and AirMail, we always use AirMail.

Other Shipping Options

Shipping options other than the Mail are available for all products in our shopping cart systemexcept those products marked as Free Shipping.

For faster, traceable service, US customers should choose FedEx Express or FedEx Ground; Canadian orders should choose UPS or FedEx Express.

European, Australian, Asian & Rest of World customers’ Mail shipments are by AirMail or FedEx International Priority – your choice.

Caveats

Please note that if delivery is to be made to a Postal Box,the Mail is your only option.

Slow USA Deliveries

As of October 2006, Canada Post / USPS service to the United States has been far slower than usual, leading to delays and customer frustrations. Our shipping methods are under major review and we are in negotiation to thoroughly upgrade our delivery times to the USA.In the meantime . . .

Replacement DVDs

If customers have not received a DVD within 21 days of your receipt of a shipping email, that DVD will be replaced.

For US customers, the replacement will be re-shipped by FedEx Ground service.

Reshipments to all other destinations will be by Mail or AirMail.
